You may be organising a 250 person, five day conference, inclusive of accommodation, formal reception and all meals, the use of 20 breakout rooms and state of the art AV, a 150 person family wedding, needing the X factor, or an industry launch of a new product or service; whatever the occasion the University of Waikato has a venue and the structure to meet your needs.

We are unique in comparison to other Conference/Event Venue providers within the region as we are able to offer a broad range of facilities and options to our clients including:

In dealing with the conference coordinator all aspects of conferences are managed from conversion to completion with the client having all of the requirements met – a one stop shop.
