Hamilton CBD Office
Conveniently located on the ground floor of the PwC Centre (109 Ward St) the University’s CBD office space is available to staff, students, alumni and the public to use. Spaces are available for meetings, workshops, seminars, product launches networking events or a quiet workspace in one of our booths.
Visitors to the CBD office can also make general enquiries, receive study advice, buy merchandise, access free Wi-Fi and find out what’s happening at University of Waikato campuses.

The open-plan boardroom seats 10-12 people and is ideal for business meetings. This sound proofed room can be isolated from the rest of the office and is complete with Windows PC, TV and video conferencing facilities.
Two private booths provide bench seating for six people.
Suitable for community and corporate events; the versatile space is available for hire. It has seating for 30 or standing capacity of 60. Complete with projector and screen and a small kitchenette.
Two high-top tables seating four (each) provide a great casual meeting or drop-in area for those impromptu visits or stand-up meetings.
A comfortable waiting area is available for visitors or can be used as a casual meeting space.
