Facilities Management Division is
tasked with the overall stewardship of all University facilities.
Our vision is to lead New Zealand universities in the provision

services please phone:
- Extension 4001 or 838 4001 (8:00am to 4:30pm
Monday to Friday)
- Extension 4444 or 838 4444 (after hours/statutory
holidays)
Work requests can be phoned through to the FMD Service Desk
during working hours on the above number or emailed to
FMD_Service@waikato.ac.nz.

Facilities Management Division is located in the Facilities Management
building which is located on the corner of Ruakura and Silverdale
Roads. The entrance is through Gate 3a on Silverdale Road. Visitor
parking is available at the front door. Refer to campus
map.
