 BUILDING MAINTENANCE
The University has a responsibility to maintain it's buildings and services to standards defined by the New Zealand Building Act 1991 and the Health & Safety in Employment Act 1992. To meet these requirements the Buildings Maintenance Services section plan maintenance and improvements to the building structure and finishes, as well as respond to urgent repairs/ emergencies 7 days a week.
