CENTRAL STORE

The Central Store is located at 21 Ruakura Road and is operated by Ray Hansen. He is contactable by phone extension 5204, fax [07] 858-5213 or email fmdcentralstore@waikato.ac.nz.

The Central Store Services:

• Receives and organises delivery of purchase orders.
• Provides a document storage facility for departments requiring documents to be stored for extended but finite periods. This is only suitable for documents that require very infrequent retrieval.  Such documents must be supplied in a P033 Archive Storage Box procured from the Central Store and submitted in accordance with their requirements.  The Central Store will be able to advise you on what information they need when you putting information into storage.
