TEA MAKING

The Teamaking Service provides tea and coffee facilities, in accord with Conditions of Employment of University Staff, to 11 centrally designated tearooms on a 2 times daily (weekdays) basis. It is coordinated by Hemi Dean, who is contactable by email h.dean@waikato.ac.nz, phone [07]8384095, fax [07]8384108, or a message can be left by emailing our Service Desk, or by phoning 8384001.

There are five Tea Attendants who cover the following areas:

• Carole Keenan Law, A Block, the Library
• Grace Weight F block, G block
• Sheryl Stobbs B block, Management, the Gateway
• Donna Woodcock Facilities Management, Gardeners, IJK, ITS
• Christine Foster, Pathways College

Additionally a University funded morning tea service only is provided for staff at The Station.

The Teamaking Service:

• Provides the service 2 times daily, including all necessary preparation and washing up.
• Ensures maintenance and if necessary replacement of all equipment used.
