New Policy

The new Staff Performance and Professional Development Policy replaces the Professional Goal Setting (PGS) and Career and Professional Development Policies and is supported by the Continual Professional Development Framework. Key changes to this policy make induction for new staff and an annual PGS conversation mandatory for all staff on greater than two year appointments. Staff and their managers will see some changes as consequences of this during 2011.
