Staff Survey
In line with our commitment to people and strategy, The University of Waikato ran its first University-wide staff survey from 11-25 September 2009 . Thank you to all staff who completed the survey – we achieved an outstanding 66% response rate, which will help to ensure that the results provide a true reflection of the current perceptions and feelings of staff.

The survey is conducted online, and hosted by Voice, an external provider which has a strong background in conducting surveys for Australasian universities. This survey provides an important opportunity for the University to obtain information from all staff about their perceptions of the University as a workplace. It gives staff a chance to confidentially voice their opinions about how the University of Waikato is performing, and it will help us to recognise strengths and identify areas for development. The next survey is expected to be held from 16 -27 April 2012.
