What is it?
MyWeb is the Waikato Management School's internal staff and student portal. However, it can be made available to any group.
MyWeb is a one-stop personalised website where students can access course materials, enrol in tutorials, submit assignments, view grades, access email, use publication databases and other e-learning resources, access saved documents on home drives, chat to lecturers and each other, and more.
Via MyWeb, staff have all the resources they need in one place to support their teaching and learning.
When would I use it?
Anytime you need access to any of the above resources.
How do I access it?
MyWeb is available on all platforms at http://www.myweb.ac.nz MyWeb is suitable for mobile devices; the layout changes to adapt to the screen size of your phone or tablet.
In the desktop view there are two options; a "default" view and a "MyHome" view. Select the tabs to choose your view. Each view has groups of links. The groups of links are called "portlets". In the default view, the content is fixed. Within the MyHome view you can change the theme, add or remove columns and re-arrange or hide the individual portlets to reflect the way you work.

The University has provided a Self Service tool through which you can log your own tickets (jobs). You can also search for a previously logged ticket to check it's status. For urgent jobs you can phone the ITS Service Desk: ext 4008 (838 4008) for support.
