Tap on the settings button in the main screen of the device

Tap wifi to bring up the Wi-Fi Networks screen

Tap eduroam to connect to the eduroam network

Enter your username@waikato.ac.nz for the username box, and your UoW login password in the Password box

Tap the Accept button, after verifying that the certificate presented is tools.its.waikato.ac.nz

After a short period, eduroam should have a tick next it, showing that you are connected to eduroam

LD Self ServiceLog Your Own Ticket

The University has provided a Self Service tool through which you can log your own tickets (jobs). You can also search for a previously logged ticket to check it's status. For urgent jobs you can phone the ITS Service Desk: ext 4008 (838 4008) for support.
