Microsoft Home Use Program
As part of Microsoft's Home Use Program, Office Professional Plus 2016 or Office Home & Business 2016 for Mac is now available to Waikato staff at a drastically discounted price.
You can download it from iWaikato > Common Tasks > Personal Purchasing with the Program code listed there.
How many installations are allowed by HUP software?
Employees can download and install their Office product on one device.
How do I re-install the software that I have already purchased?
If you purchased a Backup DVD or Backup USB Flash Drive you can also use the DVD or Backup USB Flash Drive to re-install the software.
Please note that you may only re-download or buy additional products if the Software Assurance agreement is still valid and you are an active employee of the company.
What operating system is required to run Office 2016 products?
Office 2016 : Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10.
Office 2016 for Mac: Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10) or later.

Log Your Own Ticket
The University has provided a Self Service tool through which you can log your own tickets (jobs). You can also search for a previously logged ticket to check it's status. For urgent jobs you can phone the ITS Service Desk: ext 4008 (838 4008) for support.
