Judge Sir David Carruthers delivers Harkness Henry Lecture
25 September 2012
Approximately 170 people from varied backgrounds attended the annual Harkness Henry Lecture to hear Judge Sir David Carruthers give a talk on restorative justice in New Zealand.
His talk, to a captive audience, was filled with humour and is a timely discussion on an area of justice that has generally received very little attention over the years, but its value within the Justice System is now at last receiving the recognition that it undoubtedly deserves.
