Hear from Professor Barry Barton, Professor Chris Battershill, Professor Al Gillespie and CEREL/Intercoast PhD Student Ingrid Leersnyder about several important developments in New Zealand’s management of the offshore environment; including the Rena project; decisions on the protection of the Maui Dolphins; Trans-Tasman Resources - Iron Sand Mining, Chatham Rock Phosphate and the NZ King Salmon decision in the Supreme Court.
