Central Library Location

The Central Library is located near the centre of the University of Waikato campus.

Parking

• General, permit and metered parking is available in Gate 1 off Knighton road
• General parking in Gate 2b off Knighton road
• Limited parking along Knighton road

Education Library Location

The Education Library is located on the University of Waikato campus bounding Hillcrest Road, between Gates 4 and 5. The entrance to the Education Library is at ground level of TL Block of the Faculty of Education.

Parking

Unless you have a parking permit you will need to park:

• On Hillcrest or Silverdale Roads
• In the non-permit areas of Carparks 3a and 3b off Silverdale Road
• In the Management Carpark off Silverdale Road (Gate 10)

Access for People With Disabilities

There are two disability access carparks off Gate 5 in front of the Faculty of Education Reception area. The Library entrance is down a short path to TL block.   There is a lift in the library which services all three levels.
