1. Mail

To place orders by mail, please print and complete the Order Form below, enclose payment (but, please, do not send cash by mail) and send to:

2. Fax

Orders may be placed by fax. If you choose this option, the only accepted method of payment is by VISA or Mastercard. Please print, complete and fax the order form with your credit card details to:

3. In Person

Titles may be purchased in person from the New Zealand Collection, Level 3, University of Waikato Library, Hamilton, New Zealand. The only accepted method of payments are cheque and cash.
