High winds are affecting the installation of window panels today, and the chiller lift will have to wait until the weather is calmer.

The new hoardings have been installed across the east wall on Level 4, and those on level 2 are being installed at present.

Four of the new concrete fins went up on the north wall last week. The rest are still being made.
