Public Listed Companies

Public listed companies are listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange and Financial Information will be in the company's annual report. Share information will be available on NZSE site or brokers websites.

The Library holds printed annual reports for New Zealand listed companies. You can see if the Library has specific years' annual reports for NZ companies by using the Library Catalogue. It will be easiest to use the 'keywords' option with words from the company name combined with the word annual, e.g. LWR and annual

NZX Deep Archive (Formerly Datex): This database includes links to annual reports on the Web as well as archives of company financials and share price data.

Datastream: Company accounts and time series equity data (Available at WMS).

Factiva

The global news and business information service that combines the content sets of Dow Jones Interactive and Reuters Business Briefing. You can access Factiva through the LibraryLink Databases: Management.

Private Companies

Use Companies Office website for basic information including directors.

Use Newztext Plus for Newspapers, Newswires, TNS Reports, Indexes/Abstracts and Magazines for information about private companies.
