Course Reserve Requests: Books

This form is for the use of University of Waikato Academic Staff and should only be used for requests for BOOKS to be placed in the Course Reserve Collection. A signed paper version is required (to comply with copyright law) if you wish to put photocopied articles on Course Reserve - the photocopy request form is available for downloading and printing.

Please phone ext. 6380 or call at the Course Reserve Counter to discuss any matter concerning reserved books.

COURSE RESERVE should only be used for books expected to be in heavy use by large classes; and only for the period of high demand. Please allow two weeks for processing these requests.
