Closing Date for Enrolments
Enrolments for courses and seminars generally close one week prior to commencement date. To be 'enrolled', your fees must be paid in full. Please enrol early to avoid disappointment and to assist us with confirmed numbers. If you are not fully enrolled, there is no guarantee that you will be contacted if a course is cancelled.
How to Enrol
Online Enrolment: Each course outline, there is a link to our online enrolment form.
Enrolment Form Print version of our Enrolment Form. If you do not wish to enrol online, you may print this form to complete - for use by post, fax, company invoice, or delivery in person.
Company Invoice: If your firm is paying your enrolment fee and would like to be invoiced, please complete the pdf Enrolment form above and send to us by post, fax, or in person. Alternatively you can email us with the same details.
Walk-in: You may pay by cheque, visa/mastercard, eftpos or cash at our Pathways College reception area:
Hamilton Campus: Waikato Pathways College, LAIN Building, Gate 1, Knighton Road, Hamilton
Mail-in: If paying by cheque or visa/mastercard, you may post your enrolment card and payment to:

Complaints Procedures
If students have any issues or complaints they would like to raise, whether they be about tutors, staff, fellow students, or anything else relating to the University and Continuing Education; they may do so in writing to the Programme Leader, Prof. Brian Findsen. All issues raised will be investigated and a reply will be given within 30 working days. Course Cancellation
The University reserves the right to cancel any programme which fails to reach a satisfactory level of enrolment. If so, we will endeavour to give three days notice to enrolled students and a full refund of fees will be made.
Refunds
If you wish to withdraw from a programme, an application for a refund of fees must be made in writing within five days
of the commencement date, with initial notification by telephone being acceptable. An administration fee will be
deducted and your refund will be processed at the conclusion of the programme.
Administration Fee: Course fee of less than $50.00 - a $5.00 penalty will apply;
course fees $50.00 and over will incur a 10% fee.
Health and Safety Policy
The University is committed to a safe and healthy environment for staff and students. Occasionally, Continuing Education programmes will be taught either off-site or as fieldtrips. Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007
When participants in courses supply us with their email address, they will be added to our email database to occasionally receive e-flyers advertising future courses. Each of these e-flyers will be headed with an unsubscribe link. You may withdraw your name at any time by clicking on this link and writing 'Unsubscribe' in the subject line and we will immediately take you off our email database.
