  • Fee valid from 1st October 2010
Test fee Tauranga NZ$375
  • Fee valid from 1st January 2012
Specimen materials NZ$45
  • available from the IELTS office
Remarks NZ$230
  • for remarking of one or more of any of the 4 modules
  • may take up to 3 weeks to process
Postponement or cancellation NZ$85
  • tests may only be postponed or cancelled 5 weeks or more before the test
Absence on test date No refund
  • if you are unable to attend for medical reasons, you must present a medical certificate within 5 days of the test. The test fee will not be refunded, but another test will be booked for you at the next available date.
Extra copies of your results Free of charge, if requested on your application form.  Each additional copy requested after the test date will be $20
  • up to 5 extra copies of your results can be sent to approved institutions (e.g. universities or NZIS) where your results will be kept permanently on file. You may not receive another personal copy.
  • extra copies are only available within 2 years of the results release date.
