My Experience

I am an experienced primary school principal, facilitator and coach. I bring relevant understanding, knowledge, skills and empathy to a wide variety of contexts. I am able to build open and honest professional working relationships with those I work with and to be adaptive and responsive to your needs. By using coaching and working collaboratively I aim to empower in a challenging but supportive way. Through co-constructing action plans I support schools to balance urgency and action towards school improvement to enable success for all learners. With on-going evidence based review I ensure that the professional learning is student focused, relevant, timely and effective.
