Bartlett Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2000 in memory of John Bartlett of Hamilton.
The scholarship is intended to provide financial assistance to a school leaver enrolling in the first year of an undergraduate degree in the Waikato Management School who is taking at least one paper in accounting in the year of tenure.
The scholarship will be awarded on academic merit. Financial hardship may also be taken into consideration.

Brian Smith Memorial Entrance Scholarship

The Brian Smith Memorial Entrance Scholarship was established in 1999 by the Waikato Management School in memory of Professor B V Smith, Director of Undergraduate Studies from 1991 to 1998.
The Brian Smith Entrance Scholarship shall be awarded to a first year full-time Waikato Management School student on the basis of academic merit, character, general all-round achievement and community group involvement.

Energy Education Trust Undergraduate Scholarship

The Energy Education Trust Undergraduate Scholarship was established by the Energy Education Trust of New Zealand to assist students to undertake full-time study in the fields of science, economics or engineering and related fields but with a specific interest in energy as it relates to the energy needs of New Zealand.

IPENZ Waikato / BoP Branch Scholarship

The Scholarship was established in 2003 by the IPENZ Waikato/BoP-Branch to assist full time applicants who enroll at the University of Waikato in their first year of study towards a BE degree in the School of Science and Engineering or the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Waikato.
In selecting the successful applicant(s) for the Scholarship the Selection Panel will give preference to applicants of high academic calibre who will be expected to have achieved at a high level in their secondary school examinations, who show integrity, competence, kindness and generosity, leadership, keenness and capacity to work within their school and wider community and who show a strong commitment to the field of engineering.

Brian Perry Charitable Trust Business Management Scholarship

The Brian Perry Charitable Trust Business Management Scholarship is open to applicants who intend to enrol/have enrolled in the first year of a bachelor’s degree in the Waikato Management School.
The scholarship is open to applicants completing their secondary schooling in the year prior to taking up the scholarship who intend to enrol in the first year of a bachelor's degree in the Waikato Management School. Preference will be given to applicants demonstrating a high level of academic ability, leadership potential, involvement in team situations, sporting interests and community involvement.

Brian Perry Charitable Trust Undergraduate Scholarship

The Brian Perry Charitable Trust Undergraduate Scholarship was established by the Perry Foundation in 1999 with the first scholarships awarded in 2000.
The Perry Foundation Undergraduate Scholarships are open to applicants who intend to enrol in the first year of a bachelor's degree in the School of Science and Engineering in the year of tenure. Candidates for the Scholarship must be completing their secondary schooling in the year prior to taking up the Scholarship.
In selecting the successful applicant(s) for the Perry Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship, the Selection Panel will give preference to applicants of high academic calibre who will be expected to have performed well in the University Entrance, Bursaries and Scholarships examination in the year prior to the year of tenure of the Scholarship. Other criteria shall include leadership potential, involvement in team situations, sporting interests and activities, and community involvement and the applicant's role therein.

Buckley Scholarship

This Scholarship was established in 2010 by the late Constance Bartlett (nee Buckley) in memory of her husband John Bartlett, to support Accounting students in the Waikato Management School.
The Scholarship shall be awarded annually to a school leaver enrolling in the Waikato Management School at the University of Waikato for their first year of full-time study, who is taking at least one paper in Accounting in the year of tenure.
