Contracts are for 37 weeks unless other arrangements have been made. All costs quoted are for the Halls of Residence 2012.

Payment of Accommodation

To secure your place in the Halls, you are required to sign a contract and pay a bond/contingency deposit of $300.00 and administration fee of $100.00
In January, you will receive an invoice for the full years accommodation along with a Payment Agreement

You are required to pay approximately four weeks rent, an activity fee of $100.00, and any optional extras (linen service, bike shed hire etc.) you may require before you move in

NZ Students Only

Those receiving a Student Loan and/or Student Allowance to pay accommodation are advised to choose the weekly payment option
Student Loans and/or Allowances are not paid directly to the University for living expenses. The money is paid directly into the Student's bank account.
