Transfer Credit is the transfer of papers from previous study to a University of Waikato qualification.
Transfer Credit applies whether your previous qualification is complete or incomplete (e.g. you began a BA at Otago University and would like to transfer those papers to a University of Waikato BSocSc).
The amount of credit that can be transferred in either case can be found in section 14 of the Personal Programmes of Study Regulations which can be found in the University of Waikato Calendar.
Transfer credit may count to one qualification only at the University of Waikato.
Transfer credit may apply if your previous tertiary study is an incomplete graduate/postgraduate qualification from another tertiary institution.
Your previous study must be at NZQA Level 5 or above to be considered for credit.
