Lift Access to the Hamilton Campus

A Block
Lift access available from basement level (opposite S block) to level 1. Accessible entrance through main SMPD Reception area accessed from Gate 8.

CDEF Blocks
There are 3 lifts that enable interconnecting access to all floors in these buildings. The D Block Lift provides access from ground floor to level 3. The F Block Lifts provides access from Ground Floor to Level 3 (This lift is accessed from level 1) The second F Block Lift provides access from Ground Floor to Level 1 (This lift is located to the left of the ground floor stair entrance opposite A block).

G Block
Lift access from G basement to level 3.

Gateway Building
Lift access available from ground level which will take you down to the lower level (Student Information Centre) and up to level one (main reception area). It should be noted the lift is small and may not accommodate large chairs. Alternative access can also be provided to the basement level upon request.

IJK Blocks
Lift access available from J basement to level 3
Lift access available from I level 1 to level 4

L Block
No lifts in this building. Access to the building is by ramp.

LAW Blocks
No lifts in this building. Ramp access available to this building through door to the left of main reception entrance and also around the side of the building between Kopuroa and Law School (this is where the accessible unisex toilet is located)

Main Library
Lift access is available from level 1 to level 5. The main floor entrance to the library however is level 2. Lifts are through to the right before the information desk at back of library.

PWC Building
Lift access from main reception entrance on Hillcrest road. Lifts are located through the door on the right of the reception desk. Lift access to ground level and to level 4. Lift access also available from MSB001 computer labs (opposite Momento Café) via Gate 7. Lift access from lower level to level 4.

TT & TC Blocks
Lift access is available to the right of the TT main entrance (off Gate 4). Lift access is available from Level 1 to level 7. Interconnecting corridors also provide access to TC Block from Level 1 to Level 4.

TL Blocks
Lift access is available from Level 1 to Level 3 through the Library on level 1. It should be noted the lift is small and may not accommodate large chairs.

R Block
Lift access available to the right, inside the front entrance to building. Lift access available from ground floor to level 2

S Block
Lift access available through Basement or Level 1 opposite A Block. Lift access available from basement to level 1.

Student Services
No lifts in this building. Level entrance from Gate 1 carpark.
