	Karen Blue Karen is the Manager of Student Progression (which comprises of the Postgraduate Studies Office, the Assessment and Graduation Office and the Scholarships Office).  Karen ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the Postgraduate Studies Office and addresses any issues or concerns that arise. 	Hannah Henderson Hannah is the Postgraduate Studies Advisor for the Faculty of Education and Faculty of Law. Hannah also processes new international applications. Email: hannahh@waikato.ac.nz Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:00pm)
	Jan Graham Jan is the Postgraduate Studies Advisor for the Faculty of Science and Engineering. Email: jgraham@waikato.ac.nz Hours: Monday to Wednesday (9:15am-4:00pm)
	Joanne Gleich Joanne is the Postgraduate Studies Advisor for the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Joanne also services the Postgraduate Studies Committee, and is responsible for the 'Higher Degrees of News' E-Newsletter and maintenance of the Postgraduate Studies website. 	Kathy Ooi Kathy is the Postgraduate Studies Advisor for the Waikato Management School and School of Maori and Pacific Development.  Kathy also processes higher degree re-enrolments and new domestic applications. Email: kooi@waikato.ac.nz Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am-5pm)
