University of Waikato - Open Day
The University of Waikato was a hive of activity as secondary school students from all across New Zealand converged on campus.
Despite the rain people still came out in droves to accept the invitation from the University to come and experience, explore and sample a taste of the many benefits and fruits awaiting them.
The main purpose of the Open Day like all previous years is to entice and encourage prospective potential students to choose Waikato as their preferred place of study.
There were many different types of activities planned in all the various sections of the University from mini lectures, to performances to poi making to name a few, not to mention all the delicious free kai on offer.
It’s safe to say that all who attended not only returned home with full stomachs but also well fed minds and spirits.
