Registration

Registration Form (11kb pdf)

In-person registration

In-person registration will begin at 3.00pm on the afternoon of Friday 16 November in the Anthropology Open Area (J2.00). Later that evening there will be a reception (including food and some drinks) at the home of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Doug Sutton (19 Kelly Place, Hamitlon).

In-person registration will also be possible at 8.30am on the Saturday and Sunday mornings before the start of academic proceedings and at other times during the day.

Standard Registration Fee

The standard registration fee of $100 (waged) or $50 (students/unwaged) will cover a conference information pack, lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments, and the use of all facilities. In addition, all registrants are invited to attend the Friday night reception. One-day registrations are available.

Pre-registration

Pre-registration is strongly advised so that the registration desk can be devoted largely to the collection of conference packs. Registration after 15 October will be charged at a higher rate - see the registration form.

Conference Dinner

There will be a conference dinner on the Saturday night from 7.00pm at Canvas Restaurant. The dinner will cost about $65.00 for a 4-course meal and will include some wine but you will have to purchase extra drinks yourself. Payment for the dinner is requested at the time of registration. Numbers will be limited so, to avoid disappointment, do not leave this decision till later.
