Information on bus timetables and services can be found at www.busit.co.nz.

Note that the university is accessible on Friday and Saturday via several bus routes but the only evening services are on Friday and there are no services at all on Sunday. Fares are currently $2.30 one way from town to campus. Taxis to and from the CBD can cost up to $20. Those staying at the same hotel or motel may want to arrange car or taxi pooling. We are also exploring the possibility of some university-provided bulk transportation for social events like the Friday night reception and the Saturday night dinner.

Parking on campus is free and should be freely available on the days in question. A campus map can be downloaded from here.
