Research Interests:

Dr Michael Cameron is currently a research fellow of the Population Studies Centre at the University of Waikato and a lecturer in the Department of Economics at the University of Waikato. He completed his PhD in 2007. His research interests include a wide range of topics in development, population and health. His work for the Population Studies Centre includes population projection, microsimulation, and research into wellbeing and ageing. Dr Michael Cameron currently works on the FRST-funded research programme Enhancing Wellbeing in an Ageing Society (EWAS).
