As well as the general areas of Personnel Selection, Personnel Training and Development, and Career Development and Management, I am available to supervise student research in the areas of:

Structured Employment Interviews - Practice Effects
Sick Building Syndrome - Psychological Symptoms
Organizational Commitment and its relationship to Person-Job Fit (demand/abilities & need/supplies)
The influence of age on attitudes toward training/development
Underemployment/Overqualification (Employer & Employee perspectives)
The Psychological Contract - Formation and Content
Survivor Syndrome - Individuals surviving organizational restructuring
Processes underlying career decision making
The predictive validity of Structured Referee Interviews
