History Club

The History Club, formerly known as the Dating Club, is now back again for anyone with an interest in the study of history to join.  We aim to provide an academically friendly, yet social atmosphere for all students, undergraduate and postgraduate, staff and other academics to enjoy.

You should definitely enjoy it if you’re passionate about history, love heated debates, socialising, networking and hanging out with like-minded people.  We will be having much more events next year as  this year is quickly finishing, so get in quick for next year!

We are hoping to run some new events soon, and if you haven’t heard of us yet, you should get on to the mailing list, by emailng the Club’s President at alelong@waikato.ac.nz, and sign up on the Facebook group, The History Club of Waikato University.

We have our next meeting coming up soon to sort out events for next year, any ideas are incredibly appreciated.  Keep checking your emails to hear more.
