E ngā mātā waka o te Ao
o roto hoki i Aotearoa
tēnā koutou kātoa i te ahautanga o tātau tini mate,
i ā rātou e noho kāpunipuni mai na i roto o te Ao wairua.
He hokinga whakaaro mo rātou kei tua i te arai,
ā, mo ngā tangata kei te mata o te whenua e noho mai ana,
tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou kātoa.

Hello, Talofa lava, Bula va vinaka, Namaste, Haloha, Ni Hao, Konichiwa

Welcome to the community psychology pages at the University of Waikato. We offer the only full graduate programme in community psychology in Aotearoa/New Zealand. The MAppPsy(Comm) is a two-year degree comprised of both taught papers and research. It leads to the PGDipPracPsych(Comm), a one-year programme focused on supervised practice. These are applied degrees, suitable for students wishing to practice in community psychology and offer a flexible, step-wise progression through the academic and professional qualifications leading to registration as a psychologist. Below, you will find information about these qualifications and other information about community psychology in general. Enjoy!
