Rooms for Psychology Graduate Students
Computer Rooms:
J1.12 contains lockers for use by Psychology graduate students (see Allan Eaddy for keys), desks, and computers, printers and a scanner for use by Psychology graduate students.
K1.07 (computer lab) is also available for use by Psychology graduate students when not booked for tutorials, experimental work or workshops.
Other Faculty and Departmental Computer labs:
The J Basement Computer Labs are Faculty (FASS) with computers facilities. They are open 24 hours/day and can be used when teaching is not scheduled.
For after hours access to these J Basement computer labs, you will need a core key obtainable from the Security Services Centre (located in B Block Annex, between the Law School and B Block).
Internet Access:
The Psychology Department does not provide free dial-up or internet access for its Honours and Masters students. It also does not provide free printing. Charges for these services are administered through the ITS account system (see the ITS Helpdesk).

Withdrawal from Graduate Papers
It is very important that you formally withdraw from any graduate paper you know you will not complete as incomplete (IC) grades count as FAILS. Please se the following file for further information on this.

Access to J and K Blocks:
You can get a core key for access to J and K block 1st floor after hours so you can use the Psychology Graduate Study rooms etc. You do this through the Faculty Information Centre (FIC).
Access to equipment:
The Department has a pool of equipment for loan for research (such as tape recorders, data recorders, etc) - talk to Rob Bakker and your supervisors to see what is available. Ask also for information about labs and bookable research rooms.

Please note that staff facilities, specifically the staff common room (K1.18), and the staff kitchen (K1.03A), are only available to School of Psychology staff and PhD candidates.
