Bachelor of Communication Studies with Honours (BCS(Hons))

The BCS(Hons)

Regulations

In order to enrol in the BCS(Hons) students must have completed a Bachelor of Communication Studies degree at the University of Waikato, or a qualification considered equivalent by the Academic Board.

Students enrolling in the BCS(Hons) should normally have a B+ or better average in the subject that they intend to take at honours level, and a B+ or better average in Level 2 and 3 papers credited to the Bachelor of Communication Studies.

Students will normally complete the BCS(Hons) within one year of full-time study, or the equivalent in part-time study, by attaining 120 points. The degree is awarded with honours.
