I manage the New Zealand Biotechnology Learning Hub. The Hub aims to make biotechnology more accessible to school teachers and students. The Hub is funded by the New Zealand government through the Ministry of Research, Science and Technology
I specialise in science communication and website content development. I enjoy sharing the latest developments in New Zealand's science and technology research with an online audience.
I have a PhD in neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh and have post-doctoral research experience in Alzheimer's disease and cell engineering. I joined the Learning Hubs team in 2006.
