University of Waikato Copyright Information

University staff and students have an obligation to respect and comply with copyright law, and the University has a strong committment to ensuring that copyright laws and licence agreements are complied with. This site serves as a collection point for documents that govern or advise on the use of copyright materials within the University.

MBIE are currently seeking feedback on questions raised in an Issues Paper as part of a review of the Copyright Act 1994.  We need your input to get meaningful change to New Zealand Copyright.
