Exit Surveys

We offer employees who are resigning, retiring or who are leaving the University after a fixed term agreement greater than 12 months, the opportunity to complete an online exit survey.  In addition, there is an opportunity to have a face-to-face exit interview with an HR Advisor.

The purpose of conducting exit surveys and/or interviews is to:

  • Understand the reasons why our employees are leaving
  • Offer employees the opportunity to provide additional feedback that cannot be captured in our exit survey
  • Gather information about concerns that could be addressed and improvements that could be made at the University.

The information from the exit surveys and interviews is gathered by the Human Resource Management team. It is not anonymous, however, it will be treated as confidential, unless a concern is raised that effects the health and wellbeing of employees.
