Need solutions to your everyday ICT needs? Here you will find information, tools and resources, along with how-to guidelines to help you get up to speed with the technology and services available at the University of Waikato.

Kuhukuhu Self Service Portal Te Kuhukuhu Rārangi - Log Your Own Request

"Kuhukuhu" is our IT Service Catalogue. You can search for, see the estimated delivery time for, and log your own service requests. You can also view the status of your current requests - providing further information by adding notes or attaching files, and view a full history of all previous requests. For anything urgent you should phone the Service Desk: ext 4008 (838 4008) for assistance.

A number of applications used accross the University have their own Help Files & How Tos e.g. Aku Mahi, Moodle, Panopto . . . and others have been created by the Service Desk and been placed here for easy reference. See also Learning and Development on this page (bottom right).
