Google Spanning
Google Spanning is a quick and easy to use data backup and recovery tool for Google accounts. It can be used to backup data from within your Email inbox and Google Drives.
It can be accessed from within your Google applications. When logged in to any Google service you can use the Grid icon in the top right-hand corner to view all available Google Apps. Google Spanning should be visible in the lower section of the applications. If the application is not immediately visible, you may need to visit the Google Spanning Site

"Kuhukuhu" is our IT Service Catalogue. You can search for and log your own service requests. You can also view the status of your current requests and see the estimated delivery time for them, provide further information by adding notes or attaching files, and view a full history of all previous requests.
