MyWaikato for staff
MyWaikato is our new student management system, replacing Jade SMS. Most staff can access MyWaikato to look up student details and record prospect (potential student) information. Depending on your role, you may have access to other areas of MyWaikato including admission and enrolment, research, finance and more.
As well as MyWaikato, some staff may use:
- The back office of the system, known as SITS Client, for more complex administrative tasks
- The MyWaikato Enquiries system to manage student enquiries and FAQs
- The MyReports portal, for operational and management reporting.

Te Kuhukuhu Rārangi - Log Your Own Request
"Kuhukuhu" is our IT Service Catalogue. You can search for and log your own service requests. You can also view the status of your current requests and see the estimated delivery time for them, provide further information by adding notes or attaching files, and view a full history of all previous requests.
