Resource Booker
Resource Booker is the room booking tool staff and students use to book a room in Hamilton or Tauranga. Staff and students can view the availability of rooms, book a teaching room, meeting room or computer lab. If you want to book a room in the evening or on a weekend, please email [email protected]

Students
To access the Resource Booker go to the Student Portal, Tools and select Resource Booker.
Staff
Resource Booker cannot be used for changes to rooms or bookings for any teaching activities (e.g. lectures, labs, tutorials). These requests should be made directly to [email protected] instead. This will ensure that a suitable room is booked and details are available on student timetables and timetable.waikato.ac.nz.
To access the Resource Booker go to the Staff Portal, Timetable and select Resource Booker.
Te Kuhukuhu Rārangi - Log Your Own Request
"Kuhukuhu" is our IT Service Catalogue. You can search for and log your own service requests. You can also view the status of your current requests and see the estimated delivery time for them, provide further information by adding notes or attaching files, and view a full history of all previous requests.
