GMail - Delegates

To allow another user to have access to your mailbox you must set this using the web client.

  • Login to your gmail
  • Click Settings (cog icon top right of screen)
  • Click Accounts and you will see the below screen

  • Click Add another account in order to give another staff member access to your account
  • Add their [email protected], click Next Step then confirm by sending an email
  • The staff member you have added now needs to activate access from the email they would have received.
