Wi-Fi should say that is Connecting to eduroam. If it goes back to scanning, you've either entered the wrong password or wrong username
The device should then acquire an IP address from the eduroam service.
When the device is up and connected to the service, it should say "Connected to eduroam".
Tap on the eduroam network to see the network details associated with the connection. This is useful information for the helpdesk when trying to sort out problems. You are successfully connected when the IP address starts with 130.217.X.X as all university networks begin with these two numbers.
