Requests for Installing Software
A great deal of care must be taken before installing new types of software onto our teaching room computers. Software must be tested to ensure it does not adversely effect the computer settings and therefore causing problems for other users.
New software requests must be received one month prior to its intended use. New software is not installed on teaching room computers within the six week terms of the semesters.
Te Kuhukuhu Rārangi - Log Your Own Request
"Kuhukuhu" is our IT Service Catalogue. You can search for and log your own service requests. You can also view the status of your current requests and see the estimated delivery time for them, provide further information by adding notes or attaching files, and view a full history of all previous requests.
