LANDesk Workspace Self Service tool -Log Your Own Ticket
The University has provided a Workspace Self Service tool through which you can log your own tickets. You can also search for a previously logged ticket to check it's status.
Application Help Files
A number of applications used accross the University have their own Help Files & How Tos e.g. Aku Mahi, Moodle, Panopto . . . and others have been created by the Service Desk and been placed here for easy reference. See also Learning and Development on this page (bottom right).
