We know that research indicates the critical relationship between demonstration of information management competencies and successful study at tertiary level. The Research Skills Development (RSD) Framework (Willison and O'Regan, 2006, 2014, 2018) is the foundation of the Library’s information management training, workshops and consultations, from undergraduate through to Postgraduate levels.
