Accident Compensation Appeal Authority
The Authority was disestablished under s402 of the Accident Compensation Act 2001, from 12 April 2019.
Prior to this date, the Authority was authorised to hear appeals against ACC review decisions under the repealed Accident Compensation Act 1982.
Current matters will continue to be dealt with by the Appeal Authority.
Future appeals must be made to the District Court via the Accident Compensation Appeals District Court Registry.
