Zero Tolerance for Bullying and Harassment

The University of Waikato values people and their wellbeing (ko te tangata) and all staff of the University have a right to be treated with dignity and respect and to be free from bullying or harassment in the workplace.

Effective implementation of this policy is a collective responsibility that depends on all staff taking appropriate action to prevent and deal with bullying and harassment.
