The main purpose of Asad's teaching is to add knowledge and confidence to his students' performance. His teaching practice is based on addressing the why; what and how approach of the students, and communicating the answers in simple, clear and effective way.
Because the majority of Asad's students work in the hospitality or tourism industry, it is important to reduce the gulf between theory and practice as much as possible. He makes sure that during the class their experience is drawn on with his own experiences as a business operator and show how theory aids understanding and practical management.
